Learn About Our Program

Every Friday during the school year, St. Ann's Sharing Our Blessings Ministry delivers food bags to a local elementary school where almost 91% of the students are on a reduced or free lunch program. Their families can't provide food for the children on the weekends without school lunch, so Sharing Our Blessings was created to help.

Sharing Our Blessings - Stuff Our Bus

Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I’m working on my Girl Scout Silver Award. For my Silver Award project, I’m working with the St. Vincent de Paul Sharing Our Blessings program at my local church in order to fill backpacks with school supplies for kids at LaBelle Elementary School. This program will make sure that 70 kids whose families do not have the money to pay for supplies are able to still have a successful year at school. In order to make sure that these kids can start school strong we need all the help we can get. Please pass this on to your family and friends, asking for support, donations, and help.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

To help these kids get the backpacks and school supplies they need, you can either donate money or drop off your donations. Learn more about our project and where to donate.

WHO WE ARE HELPING

We are determined to help the kids at LaBelle Elementary School get the supplies and backpacks they need to start school strong.

Our special thanks to Society of St. Vincent de Paul at Catholic Church of St. Ann's in Marietta for helping to make this project possible!
